Dr. Jeff Smeaton is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. After graduating, he gained additional certifications in Graston Technique, Active Release Technique, Medical Acupuncture and is certified in other functional assessment techniques. He is a Golf Medical Professional (Titleist Performance Institute) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

He has experience working with professional golfers, NCAA players, and competitive juniors. He also has a lot of experience helping recreational golfers become injury free and feel better while they play. Jeff will help you become and stay injury free by creating an individualized treatment or training plan tailored to your specific needs that will progress with you as your needs evolve. Through treatment, exercise, and education, he will take you from becoming pain-free and progress you to performing better. Jeff has been involved in many sports throughout his life. Helna Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Kerala University of Health Sciences and is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She is certified in Dry Needling/Acupuncture and has completed additional certifications in Soft Tissue Manual Therapy.

Her treatment approach integrates manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, and exercise-based rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on restoring optimal movement and function. She believes in individualized care, recognizing that every patient is unique, and designs treatment plans tailored to each person’s specific needs and goals.

A key focus of her practice is patient education and long-term outcomes. She is committed to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to move better, prevent injury recurrence, and return confidently to the activities they value.
